We always get service with a smile and the products are always fresh, the whole family works hard together and treat you with respect. Glad they are in the neighbourhood because they are accessible, and above all their prices are the best in town, trips to Hilcroft are now the thing of the past, The store is always clean, Love the samosa's and kachori's. They greet each and everyone of their patrons on a first name basis and are very personable. Their sons are also very courteous. We love the fact that it is run by family members and it shows in the customer service that is offered. Owner calls you by your family name with respect and makes small talk to keep you interested in going back to the store. Choices are good. Home made food is a luxury. These are things that you cannot find at other desi stores.--And we don't have to pay for this in the product prices because I have compared prices and the prices at Touch of India are reasonable and appropriate. It's nice to see that the basics of a shopping experience are not considered a luxury cost at Touch of India. :-) We shop here all the time and wouldn’t go anywhere else…The store is always clean, well stocked, and has great customer service.
